Management Board. 6.1 The Management' Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Integrated Service. Its functions and terms of references are set out in Schedule 3 Part I to this Agreement. REGIONAL ADOPTION SERVICE MANAGER
Management Board. The Management Board’s role is to: oversee the activities of the HIA, and work with & support the manager in managing and developing the service. It does not replace the role of the manager’s direct line manager. As a member of staff directly employed by the host authority, the HIA manager is a full member of the board.
Management Board. Article 24 The Management Board shall be the Bank's executive body. The Management Board shall report to the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors. The Management Board shall consist of the Chairperson of the Management Board and his/her deputies appointed by the Board of Governors for a five-year term, generally from among citizens of the Bank's member states. When voting at Management Board meetings, each member of the Management Board shall have one vote. The Management Board's main task shall be to supervise the Bank's operations in accordance with the Agreement, the Charter, the resolutions of the Board of Governors and the Board of Directors. The Chairperson of the Management Board shall directly manage the day-to-day affairs of the Bank and the Management Board within the scope of his/her authority and rights granted under this Charter, the resolutions of the Board of Governors and the Board of Directors. The Chairperson of the Management Board shall participate in the meetings of the Board of Governors and shall chair the meetings of the Board of Directors. The Chairperson of the Management Board shall not vote at the meetings of the Board of Governors and the Board of Directors. The following falls within the competence of the Chairperson of the Management Board:
Management Board. (a) The Managing General Partner shall be subject to the oversight of a management board (the “Management Board”). The Management Board will initially have seven members. The Managing General Partner shall have the right to appoint five members of the Management Board and SLR shall have the right to appoint two members (each, an “SLR Designee”). The Managing General Partner shall promptly notify each other Partner of the name of each member of the Management Board and of the party that appointed such person and of any changes thereto. Each member of the Management Board shall serve until the removal, resignation, death or incapacity of such member. Any member of the Management Board may be removed or replaced at any time by the party that appointed such member with or without cause. Members of the Management Board shall not receive any compensation from the Partnership for their services as such. The Management Board may require the removal of any Partnership officer, and may increase or decrease the size of the Management Board, at any time and from time to time, subject to the appointment rights of the Managing General Partner and SLR.
Management Board. The Management Board, constituted by six representatives elected from the Parents Association of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx French School (ref the Articles of Association), is responsible for the administrative, financial and legal matters of the institution.
Management Board. 1. The Management Board elected by the General Meeting includes the representatives of the owners and users of the Apartment Building and the Developer’s representatives or the Management Company of this Apartment Building.
Management Board. The parties shall establish a project executive committee consisting of three (3) senior level employees from each party (the "Management Board"). The Management Board shall have overall project oversight responsibility and management, shall establish appropriate project leadership, and shall be responsible for resolving any matters arising under this Agreement and the Services and Development Work contemplated hereunder.
Management Board. The Management Board is responsible for strategic and scientific management of the Project. The Management Board shall consist of one representative from each Party (hereinafter referred to as “Member”). Each Member shall be deemed to be duly authorised to deliberate, negotiate and decide on all matters listed in Section 6.5 of this ICA. The Research Leader shall chair all meetings of the Management Board, unless decided otherwise by the Management Board. The Parties agree to abide by all decisions of the Management Board. This does not prevent the Parties from submitting a dispute for resolution in accordance with the provisions of settlement of disputes in Article 12 of this ICA.
