Project Executive Committee means the committee established by the Recipient to provide technical guidance during Project implementation, referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Related to Project Executive Committee

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
