  • Proxy Voting The Adviser will vote, or make arrangements to have voted, all proxies solicited by or with respect to the issuers of securities in which assets of a Fund may be invested from time to time. Such proxies will be voted in a manner that you deem, in good faith, to be in the best interest of the Fund and in accordance with your proxy voting policy. You agree to provide a copy of your proxy voting policy to the Trust prior to the execution of this Agreement, and any amendments thereto promptly.

  • Written Designation The Owner shall designate, in writing, a representative authorized to act on the Owner's behalf with respect to the Project. The Owner hereby designates the party identified in the Contract as its initial authorized representative and reserves the right to designate additional or replacement representatives by written notice to the Contractor.

An item on the agendas may be disposed of by referral to a more appropriate forum or cancelled, by mutual agreement of the parties. The Union Representative who will be responsible for proposing the next list of Union agenda items will be identified at the conclusion of each meeting.

  • Voting Time All employees shall be allowed up to two paid hours for the purpose of voting provided the employee does not have sufficient time before or after regular duty hours to vote. The two hours authorized for voting does not apply to those employees who by reasons of their employment must vote by use of an absentee ballot.
