The Parents definition

The Parents. /"You" means any person who has signed the Acceptance Form and/or who has accepted responsibility for a child's attendance at this School. Parents are legally responsible, individually and jointly, for complying with their obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Those who have "parental responsibility" (i.e. legal responsibility for the child) are entitled to receive relevant information concerning the child unless a court order has been made to the contrary, or there are other reasons which justify withholding information to safeguard the interests and welfare and best interests of the child.

Fees payable by a third party (for example, an employer, grandparent, step-parent without Parental Responsibility or third-party credit provider) will be subject to a separate agreement between the School, the Parents and the third party.

  • The Parents acknowledge that the School may still provide sex education during one of the three Terms prior to the Pupil turning 16 years of age if requested by the Pupil.

  • The Parents/ Guardians will take note of any equipment and/or clothing that the Student may need for trips outside of the School premises, and the transport arrangements for the activity.

  • The Parents acknowledge that the Trust or the School may make enquiries of the Pupil's previous schools for confirmation that all sums due and owing to such schools have been paid.

Parents are expected to give their support and encouragement to the aims of the School and to uphold and promote its good name; to continue the Pupil’s education at home and to ensure that the Pupil maintains appropriate standards of punctuality, behaviour, diligence, language, discipline and clothing.
The Parents means the person/s whose information appear/s under Section B of the Application for Admission prefixed hereto.
