LC Request definition

LC Request a request for issuance of a Letter of Credit, to be provided by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank, in form satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank.

LC Request means a request by Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.18(b) and substantially in the form of Exhibit H, or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent.

LC Request has the meaning provided in Section 2.05(b).

Examples of LC Request in a sentence

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly give each Lender, as applicable, written notice (or telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) of each proposed Borrowing, or Conversion or Continuation thereof, and LC Issuance, and of such Lender’s proportionate share thereof or participation therein and of the other matters covered by the Notice of Borrowing, Notice of Continuation or Conversion, or LC Request, as the case may be, relating thereto.

• The objection raised by the State Bank of Pakistan on L.C. Request/ shipping Documents must be dealt with promptly and the State Bank informed within three days of the receipt of the objection.

• The Administrative Agent (and in the case of subpart (iii) below, the applicable LC Issuer) shall have received, as applicable, (i) a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 2.06(b) with respect to any Borrowing (other than a Continuation or Conversion), (ii) a Notice of Continuation or Conversion meeting the requirements of Section 2.10(b) with respect to a Continuation or Conversion, or (iii) an LC Request meeting the requirements of Section 2.05(b) with respect to each LC Issuance.

• With respect to the issuance of any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender shall have received a L/C Request, completed to its satisfaction, and such other certificates, documents and other papers and information as such Issuing Lender may reasonably request.

• The representations and warranties set forth in any Notice of Borrowing, Swingline Request or L/C Request (or any certificate delivered in connection therewith) shall be deemed to be made again on and as of the date of the relevant Loan or Issuance and the acceptance of the proceeds thereof or of the delivery of the relevant Letter of Credit.

More Definitions of LC Request

LC Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, the LC Bank and the Lenders pursuant to Section 3.02(a).

LC Request means a request by the Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.17(b) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank.

LC Request means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the Issuing Bank in accordance with the terms of Section 2.18(b) and substantially in the form of Exhibit F.

LC Request means a request by Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.18(b) and substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent.

LC Request means a request for issuance of a Letter of Credit, to be provided by the Lead Borrower to the Issuing Bank, in form satisfactory to the Issuing Bank.

LC Request means an LC Request, substantially in the form of Exhibit O.

LC Request means a request by a Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.13(b) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank.
