Letter of Credit Request definition

Letter of Credit Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.03(a).

Letter of Credit Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(c) (Letters of Credit).

• In the case of a request for an amendment of any outstanding Letter of Credit, such Letter of Credit Request shall specify in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Letter of Credit Issuer (I) the Letter of Credit to be amended; (II) the proposed date of amendment thereof (which shall be a Business Day); (III) the nature of the proposed amendment; and (IV) such other matters as the Letter of Credit Issuer may reasonably require.

• Any Letter of Credit Request may be conditioned on the occurrence of any specified transaction and, if such specified transaction does not occur as intended, such notice may be revoked or amended by the Parent Borrower.

• Each Letter of Credit Request shall be executed by the applicable Borrower or the Parent Borrower.

• Such Letter of Credit Request may be sent by facsimile, by United States mail, by overnight courier, by electronic transmission using the system provided by the Letter of Credit Issuer, by personal delivery or by any other means acceptable to the Letter of Credit Issuer.

More Definitions of Letter of Credit Request

Letter of Credit Request means any request by the Borrower for a Letter of Credit in accordance with Section 2.05 and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit K or such other form that is reasonably acceptable to the relevant Issuing Bank and the Borrower.

Letter of Credit Request means a notice executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 3.2, and substantially in the form of Exhibit L or another form which is acceptable to the Letter of Credit Issuer in its reasonable discretion.
