Index Rate Loan definition

Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.
Index Rate Loan means the Revolving Loan or any portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.
Index Rate Loan when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Index Rate.

  • If such Advance is an Index Rate Loan, a rate per annum equal at all times to the sum of (x) the Base Rate, Canadian Base Rate or Canadian Prime Rate, as applicable, in effect from time to time plus (y) the respective Applicable Margin in effect from time to time, payable quarterly on the first day of each February, May, August and November.
