LIBOR Borrowing definition

LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.
LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of one or more LIBOR Loans.
LIBOR Borrowing means each portion of the principal balance of the Loans at any time bearing interest at a Eurodollar Rate.

  • Thereafter, the Borrowers may elect to convert such Borrowing to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a LIBOR Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section.
