LIBOR Rate Loan definition

LIBOR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on LIBOR.
LIBOR Rate Loan means each portion of an Advance that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.
LIBOR Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate as provided in Section 5.1(a).

  • If the reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitment requires the repayment of any LIBOR Rate Loan, such repayment shall be accompanied by any amount required to be paid pursuant to Section 5.9 hereof.
