Virginia. 1. With respect to any Site located in the State of Virginia, all references to “Lease Agreement” shall be deemed to be “Deed of Lease”.

However, Employee acknowledges that Employee understands they still are prohibited from using or disclosing Confidential Information; and (d) the Parties agree that the obligations in Paragraphs 4 and 5 are reasonably limited in nature and do not prohibit employment with a competing business in a non-competitive position.
