You may file a claim with this insurance company if any promise made in this Maintenance Agreement has been denied or has not been honored within sixty (60) days after the date the proof of loss was filed. CANCELLATION OF YOUR AGREEMENT section is deleted and replaced with the following: If You cancel this Agreement within sixty (60) days and no claims have been filed, the entire Agreement charge will be refunded.
