DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE. 18.01 The Company retains the right to discipline an employee for just cause. When the Company has established that an infraction has been committed by an employee and that disciplinary action is warranted, they will be disciplined within five (5) working days, unless the employee is absent, the discipline would be issued upon their return to work.

DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE. 18.01 The Company Employer retains the right to discipline an employee for just causecause and discipline, where necessary, will be issued in a reasonable timeframe. When the Company Employer has established that an infraction has been committed by an employee and that disciplinary action is warranted, they he/she will be disciplined within five (5) working days, unless the employee is absent, the discipline would be issued upon their return to work.

Should an employee absent themselves during the 10 day timeframe to issue discipline, unless the timeline will be extended by the number of days the employee is absent, the discipline would be issued upon their return to work.
