Support Effective Date definition

Support Effective Date means the date on which the counterpart signature pages to this Agreement shall have been executed and delivered by the Company and Consenting Term Lenders (A) holding at least 662/3% in aggregate principal amount outstanding of the Term Loans and (B) representing the Required Lenders.

Support Effective Date means the date on which counterpart signature pages to this Agreement shall have been executed and delivered by (i) the Company, and (ii) the Supporting Noteholder.

Examples of Support Effective Date in a sentence

• At 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time sixty (60) calendar days after the Support Effective Date, unless the Oversight Board on behalf of GDB has certified the Plan as a Qualifying Modification (as defined in PROMESA) pursuant to either section 601(g)(1) or 601(g)(2) of PROMESA (the date on which such commencement or certification occurs, as applicable, the “ Certification Date”).

• Subject to the consent of Company Parties and Plan Sponsor, any Person may, at any time after the Support Effective Date, become a party to this Agreement as a Party by executing a Joinder Agreement pursuant to which such Person shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement as a Party.

• Before a Market Participant transacts in the market, it must meet its obligations under the WEM Rules and this Procedure such that its Credit Support becomes duly effective by the Credit Support Effective Date.

More Definitions of Support Effective Date

Support Effective Date means the date on which counterpart signature pages to this Agreement shall have been executed and delivered by (i) General Moly, (ii) the DIP Lenders, (iii) the Requisite Consenting Creditors, and (iv) the Additional RSA Support Parties.

Support Effective Date means the date on which counterpart signature pages to this RSA shall have been executed and delivered by GDB and GDB Bondholders holding at least $1,750,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of outstanding GDB Bonds.
