This CABEA shall be effective as of the Original Effective Date and shall continue to be in full force and effect until all of the following have occurred: (a) each and every CAB District agrees to terminate this CABEA; (b) there is no outstanding Debt; and (c) all Public Improvements owned by the CAB, and all services performed by the CAB, have been assumed by another governmental entity.
