The parties acknowledge, understand, and agree that any such funding shall be for the purposes of the District’s general operations for a period of 12 calendar months following the Initial Effective Date (the “Initial MOU Term”) and that this MOU shall terminate on the 12-month anniversary of the Initial Effective Date in the event the City does not renew this MOU as set forth herein.
