Site Licence definition

Site Licence means the caravan Site Licence applicable to the Park issued to us by the local authority under Section 3 of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (or in the case of Northern Ireland under Section 3 of the Caravans (Northern Ireland) Act 1963) and other relevant statutes.

More Definitions of Site Licence

Site Licence means a licence designed for legal entities and is based on the following principles. The access to the Software will be restricted to unlimited number of Authorised Users and unlimited number of Build Servers of the Licensee placed on the site(s) specified in the respective Certificate of Licences and Services, and provided that the Software is used solely by the Authorised Users and on unlimited number of Build Servers within this site (location). The Software may be used in another site than the site specified in the respective Certificate of Licences and Services solely by Authorised Users whose principal place of business is the licensed site. The Site License shall be non-transferable.

Site Licence means a licence issued to any person who holds or has permission from the owner of the land to develop a site for the purpose of retailing prescribed petroleum products;
