License definition

License means any certificate, license, permit or grant of permission required by the laws of this state, its political subdivisions or instrumentalities as a condition for the lawful practice of any occupation, employment, trade, vocation, business, or profession. Provided, however, that "license" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include any license or permit to own, possess, carry, or fire any explosive, pistol, handgun, rifle, shotgun, or other firearm.
License means any security clearance, permit, license, variance, franchise, Order, approval, consent, certificate, registration or other authorization of any Governmental Authority or regulatory body, and other similar rights.
License means the terms and conditions for use, reproduction, and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.

License means any Patent License, Trademark License, Copyright License or other license or sublicense agreement to which any Grantor is a party, including those listed on Schedule III.
