Authorised Users definition

Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.
Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party. "BlackBerry Handheld Product", also known as "BlackBerry Device", means a device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM, including any such smartphone, smart card reader, tablet or BlackBerry Presenter and any other device expressly identified by RIM at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/blackberrydevices_for_bbsla as a BlackBerry Handheld Product.
Authorised Users means those persons authorised by the Communications Provider in writing to BT to gain access to the Gateway;

Examples of Authorised Users in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, neither recovery of direct cost by the Licensee from Authorised Users, nor use by the Licensee or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is deemed to constitute Commercial Use.

  • During the Subscription Period, Licensee and its Authorised Users are granted rights to access and use all content within the subscribed collection(s) published on or after 1 January 1999, as further described in the body of the Agreement, in particular its Section 3.

  • Persons who are not a current student, member of staff or a contractor of the Licensee, but who are permitted to access the Licensee’s information services from computer terminals within the physical premises of the Licensee (“Walk-In Users”) are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Licensee.


More Definitions of Authorised Users

Authorised Users means those employees in your organisation who are entitled to have access to the Content as specified in the Order, which shall be a fixed number of employees, and subject to any limitations set out in the Order;

Walk-In Users may not be given means to access the Licensed Material when they are not within the Library Premises.
Authorised Users means pupils, members of staff and trainee teachers of the Licensee and/or an Authorised School who are authorised by the Licensee or such school to access its information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication. For the avoidance of doubt parents and carers of pupils do not qualify as Authorised Users under this Licence.
