Purchaser Shares means the Purchaser Subordinate Voting Shares, as well as the multiple voting shares and super voting shares in the capital of the Purchaser.

Except as set forth in the Purchaser’s Organizational Documents and as described in the IPO Prospectus, there are no outstanding contractual obligations of Purchaser to repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any Purchaser Shares or any capital equity of Purchaser.
