Purchaser Shares definition

Purchaser Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Purchaser.
Purchaser Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Except as set forth in the Purchaser’s Organizational Documents and as described in the IPO Prospectus, there are no outstanding contractual obligations of Purchaser to repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any Purchaser Shares or any capital equity of Purchaser.
