Public Holidays definition

Public Holidays means those days declared as public holidays in accordance with the Holidays Act 1983.
Public Holidays means the following days: New Year’s Day Saskatchewan Day Family Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday (Monday Remembrance Day immediately following Christmas Day Good Friday) Victoria Day Canada Day Boxing Day and all other holidays proclaimed by the federal, provincial or civic authorities. 23:02 Subject to other provisions of this section, public holidays shall be observed without loss of pay.
