THE ENTERPRISE. 1. The Secretariat of the Authority shall perform the functions of the Enterprise until it begins to operate independently of the Secretariat. The Secretary-General of the Authority shall appoint from within the staff of the Authority an interim Director-General to oversee the performance of these functions by the Secretariat. THE ENTERPRISE. This agreement shall apply to all drivers of concrete agitator trucks employed by Readymix in its Sydney Concrete Transport Division and who are covered by the Transport Industry - Mixed Enterprises (State) Award (excepting cement tanker drivers). This Agreement shall not be used in any manner whatsoever to obtain similar arrangements or benefits in any other plant or enterprise.
THE ENTERPRISE. The Enterprise for which the agreement was made is Ensign Linen, Rosebery and Marrickville operations
THE ENTERPRISE. The enterprise for which the agreement is made is the office from which all MOCS Inc employees are based, and all venues in the Blue Mountains LGA at which the employees are required to perform their work (as the organisation provides an outreach community service). Currently the office address is 0 Xxx Xx Xxxxxx; it is planned for the office to move in late 2003 to the Bungarrabee Centre in Oaklands Rd Hazelbrook.
THE ENTERPRISE. The enterprise for which this agreement is made is UnitingCare Xxxxxxxx at its various locations throughout New South Wales.
THE ENTERPRISE. The enterprise for which the agreement is reached is the Company known as Refractech Pty Ltd, operating from their offices located at 0 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Unanderra, NSW 2526.
THE ENTERPRISE. The enterprise for which the agreement is made is New England HACC Development Incorporated.
THE ENTERPRISE. The enterprise for which this agreement was made is the Venue Management Unit of the City of Sydney Council.
