Procurement Documents definition

Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);
Procurement Documents means all documents produced or referred to by the contracting entity to describe or determine elements of the procurement or the procedure, including the contract notice, the prior information notice or the notices on the existence of a qualification system where they are used a means of calling for competition, the technical specifications, proposed conditions of contract, formats for the presentation of documents by candidates and tenderers, information on generally applicable obligations and any additional documents;
Procurement Documents means the request for qualification, request for proposals, draft public private partnership agreement and any additional document furnished by the public entity in respect of the process of pre-qualification or selection of a private entity for a public private partnership project;

  • The Architect shall be compensated for alternate designs of the Architect that are included in the Procurement Documents but are not constructed or accepted by the Owner as outlined in Section 11.6.2.
