Cash Management Document definition

Cash Management Document means any certificate, agreement or other document executed by any Loan Party in respect of the Cash Management Obligations of any Loan Party.
Cash Management Document means any certificate, agreement or other document executed by any Obligor in respect of the Cash Management Obligations of any such Person.
