Agreement Documents definition

Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
Agreement Documents means all of the following documents:

Examples of Agreement Documents in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall include the following Agreement Documents: (1) the body of this Agreement and any documents incorporated by reference herein; (2) Exhibits or other attachments attached to this Agreement; (3) BISD Job/RFP No. CSP 24.12, if any; (4) Contractor’s completed BISD Vendor Packet; (5) the Construction Documents, if any, as defined herein; and (6) Valid Amendments made in accordance with Article 33.

  • Contractor shall at all times provide a sufficient number of qualified, skilled personnel, who shall be supervised by Contractor, to accomplish the Work within the time limits set forth in the Agreement Documents.

  • The Agreement Documents supersede any conflicting terms and conditions on any purchase or work orders, invoices, checks, order acknowledgements, forms, purchase orders, or similar commercial documents relating hereto and which may be issued by Contractor after the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Neither the Agreement Documents, nor any term or provisions thereof, nor any inclusion by reference, shall be construed as being for the benefit of any party not in signatory thereto.

  • The individual(s) executing this Agreement on behalf of the Supplier is/are duly and fully authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of Supplier and to bind the Supplier to each and every term, condition and covenant of the Agreement Documents.


More Definitions of Agreement Documents

Agreement Documents means the documents listed in Article 5 of this Agreement.
Agreement Documents means this Agreement and its Exhibits, Appendices, Work Orders, Change Orders, Documentation, Drawings, and Specifications, including

To the extent of any conflict between this Agreement and other Agreement Documents, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Agreement Documents means the Documentation, the Order Form and Service Schedules.
