Primary Meters definition

Primary Meters has the meaning given to it in Annex C (Measurement Provisions);
Primary Meters means the meters and equipment for measuring volumes of gas installed at the Interconnection Point as shown in Appendix 1;
Primary Meters means the meters described in Schedule 2 used to measure the quantity of gas made available for offtake at the Supply Meter Point excluding Fuel Gas and Auxiliary Gas where metered by separate Fuel Gas Meters and Auxiliary Gas Meters;

  • Large municipal separate storm sewer system means all municipal separate storm sewers that are either:

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document.   • Smart Meter means a meter which tells us how much Energy you are using without us having to visit your home and which enables you to see how much Energy you are using;

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Net meter means an appropriate energy meter capable of recording both import & export of electricity or a pair of meters one each for recording the import and export of electricity as the case may be;

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:
