AND EQUIPMENT. The security interest in the Hot Cell(s) and Equipment shall be perfected by possession of the Hot Cell(s) by EZN and shall be effective as of the date of commencement of installation of such Hot Cell(s) and Equipment and shall serve as collateral for the obligations and responsibilities of MIPI under this Agreement. MIPI shall execute all documents reasonably required to provide the above mentioned security interest in and to the Hot Cell(s) and Equipment to EZN.

AND EQUIPMENT. All employees shall wear the uniform(s) prescribed by the Sheriff and possess/carry on duty equipment as required. An employee’s failure to comply with the Sheriff’s policies which prescribe uniform(s) and equipment shall be a basis for disciplinary action. Employees are responsible for cleaning and safeguarding of uniform and equipment items. In addition, the parties recognize that employees are free to acquire for business use and reasons related to their personal preferences law enforcement equipment and items for personal protection, offender control and employee convenience which are not part of the Sheriff’s Office “issued” inventory of items referred to in the first paragraph of this section.
AND EQUIPMENT. The Company will pay the full cost of one uniform per year for each employee and the wearing of the uniform shall be mandatory while on duty immediately upon completion of the probationary period. AND EQUIPMENT. The approved modified increase or decrease in the estimated expenditure shall become effective upon written notification by the COMMISSIONER to the MUNICIPALITY and shall thereby be substituted in place of the above estimated expenditure and made part of this Agreement without further action. If the mileage of which work is performed by the MUNICIPALITY increases or decreases or the MUNCIPALITY or the state incurs other changes that impact the cost of performing the work, the amount of the estimated expenditure set forth herein may be adjusted by the COMMSIONER after consultation/negotiation with the MUNICIPALTY in writing, on or before November 1st of any year during the term of this Agreement for which such changed estimated expenditure is to apply. Upon receipt of such notice, the MUNICIPALIITY shall, in cooperation with the STATE, review and reorganize its operations to the fullest extent practicable to accommodate the change.

Female employees involved in outside banquet ca- tering functions will be allowed to wear black slacks of a similar make and style as male employees. The Company will provide employees with overalls and gloves and will replace same in accordance with the procedure utilized by the Company for the replace- ment of uniforms. Summer attire will be provided for outside catering functions in parks, etc., as long as the guest agrees. Employees will be provided with shorts and golf shirts that fit. Uniforms for Doorman and Valet Employees the Company will provide xxxx xxxxx, scarves, appropri- ate and gloves in the winter. In the sum- mer, the Company will provide short sleeve white shirts and ties (and hats for doormen). The Company shall supply gloves and hats to em- ployees engaged in outside banquet catering func- tions during the fall, winter and spring.
