Authority of Contractor The Contractor shall have no right or authority, express or implied, to commit or otherwise obligate the Company in any manner whatsoever except to the extent specifically provided herein or specifically authorized in writing by the Company.
Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire 36.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3.
Environmental Protection Except as set forth in Schedule 5.13 annexed hereto:
Lieutenant (a) Current employment with the County as Firefighter or Driver Operator; and
Governmental Function In accordance with C.G.S. § 1-218, if the amount of this Contract exceeds two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000), and the Contractor is a "person" performing a "governmental function", as those terms are defined in C.G.S. § 1 200(4) and (11), the Agency is entitled to receive a copy of the Records and files related to the Contractor's performance of the governmental function, which may be disclosed by the Agency pursuant to the FOIA.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION STANDARDS CONTRACTOR shall be in compliance with the Clean Air Act (Title 42 USC Section 7401 et seq.), the Clean Water Act (Title 33 USC Section 1251 et seq.), Executive Order 11738 and Environmental Protection Agency, hereinafter referred to as “EPA,” regulations (Title 40 CFR), as any may now exist or be hereafter amended. Under these laws and regulations, CONTRACTOR assures that:

Description of the technical and organisational measures implemented by the data importer(s) (including any relevant certifications) to ensure an appropriate level of security, taking into account the nature, scope, context and purpose of the processing, and the risks for the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Government All of LESSEE's obligations under this Lease will continue to the same extent as if such requisition had not occurred.
GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTIONS 1. Remuneration, including pensions, paid by, or out of funds created by, one of the States or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to any individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or local authority thereof in the discharge of functions of a governmental nature may be taxed in that State.
