Owners Agents definition

Owners Agents means any real estate agent, property manager or any contractor engaged by a lot owner or the occupant of the lot or visitors to the lot.
Owners Agents means the Owner’s employees, agents, contractors, lawful successors and assignees.

  • ENTRY BY OWNER Owner or Owner's Agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances; in case of an emergency, to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements or to supply necessary or agreed upon services.

  • Owner is not liable for any losses or damages Resident incurs as a result of outages, interruptions, or fluctuations in utility services provided to the Leased Premises unless such loss or damage was the direct result of negligence by Owner or Owner's Agents.

  • Occupant acknowledges that Owner's Agents have no authority to make warranties, express or implied.

  • The charges shall be collected from the Owners /Agents in Indian Rupee converting U.S Dollars Rates at market TT buying Rates notified by the State Bank of India / Andhra Bank as on date of arrival of the vessel.

  • There are no representations, warranties, or agreements by or between the parties which are not fully set forth herein and no representative of Owner or Owner's Agents is authorized to make any representations, warranties or agreements other than as expressly set forth herein.

  • Testing performed by the Owner's Agents shall not be relied upon by the Contractor as sufficient to assure compliance with the Contract Documents.

  • Notwithstanding anything else in this Rental Agreement, in no event will Owner or Owner's agents be liable to the Renter for an amount in excess of $5,000.00 for any loss or damage whatsoever, including but not limited to the active or passive acts, the omissions, or negligence of Owner or Owner's Agents with respect to any claim, cause of action, loss, or injury to the extent liability therefore has been limited or eliminated pursuant to this provision.

  • The educational training sessions may provide information to Owners, Agents, and their employees on how to maintain properties in a lead-safe manner.

Related to Owners Agents

  • Owner’s Representative has the meaning given in Section 2.2.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.

  • The Owners means the party identified in Box 3;

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Owners Association means any association or organization created pursuant to the Owners’ Association Documents.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Construction-manager-at-risk means a project delivery method in which:

  • Contractor Representative means any of the following:

  • Lenders’ Representative means the person duly authorised by the Senior Lenders to act for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders with regard to matters arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, and includes his successors, assigns and substitutes;

  • Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.

  • Site Manager means an individual proposed to be named in the licence as a site manager

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Owners means the party identified in Box 2.

  • Buyer’s Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Construction management at-risk means a project delivery method in which the District awards separate contracts, one for architectural and engineering services to design an infrastructure facility and the second to a construction manager at-risk for both construction of the infrastructure facility according to the design and construction management services.

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
