  • Where SELLER is a signatory under a LOCKHEED MARTIN export license or export agreement (e.g., TAA, MLA), SELLER shall provide prompt notification to the LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative in the event of changed circumstances including, but not limited to, ineligibility, a violation or potential violation of the ITAR, and the initiation or existence of a U.S. Government investigation, that could affect the Seller's performance under this Contract.

  • SELLER shall immediately notify the LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative if SELLER is, or becomes, listed in any Denied Parties List or if SELLER's export privileges are otherwise denied, suspended or revoked in whole or in part by any U.S. Government entity or agency.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, all notices to be furnished by the SELLER shall be sent to the LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative.

  • SELLER may submit to the LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative, in such form and reasonable detail as the Representative may require, an invoice or voucher supported by a statement of the claimed allowable cost for performing this Contract.

  • Insert "or LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative" after "Contracting Officer" throughout the clause.

  • The GFP shall not be modified nor cannibalized by CONTRACTOR without the express written authorization of the LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative.

  • No other costs are authorized unless otherwise specified in the contract or expressly authorized by the LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative.

  • Under no circumstances shall CONTRACTOR design, fabricate, or acquire any Special Test Equipment (STE) to be paid under this Contract without prior written authorization from the LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative.

  • Contractual data may be transmitted via the Internet between the Parties, with a signature format as identified in Clause 5.1. Other data may be transmitted between the Parties for coordination, etc.; however, nothing in this provision shall affect the requirement that contractual direction may only be provided by the duly authorized LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative.

A remediation waste management site is not a facility that is subject to corrective action under § 264.101 of this regulation, but is subject to corrective action requirements if the site is located in such a facility.

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Factory representative means an agent or employee of a manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch retained or employed for the purpose of making or promoting the sale of new motor vehicles or for supervising or contracting with new motor vehicle dealers or proposed motor vehicle dealers.

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the policy framework for environmental management, approved by the Project Implementing Entity’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2009, which sets forth the environmental policies and procedures that shall apply to the carrying out of the Project.
