The Owner definition

The Owner means the NATIONAL FERTILIZERS LTD., incorporated in India, having its registered office at SCOPE COMPLEX, Core No-III, 7, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003.

Such examinations shall not in any way exonerate the bidder from the obligations to remedy any defects which may be found to exist at any stage of the work or after the same is completed.
