Operation Hours definition

Operation Hours means the hours as stated in Schedule A.
Operation Hours means 6 am to midnight Pacific Time, seven days a week. PerfectMind will only be responsible for its Platform uptime performance levels and will not be responsible for any failure due to a failure of Customer’s system(s) or a Force Majeure event as described in this Agreement, and such failures shall not be counted against PerfectMind’s required system uptime performance levels.

SECTION 2 THE SAID LAND 2.1 OWNERSHIP The Owner is the registered and beneficial owner of the Said Land. By a tenancy agreement dated day of ("Principal Tenancy"), the Owner has agreed to let and the Landlord has agreed to accept a tenancy of 3 years subject to automatic renewal of the tenancy period in respect of the Said Land upon the terms and conditions thereunder. 2.2

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Man Hours means the hours spent by the Supplier Personnel properly working on the provision of the Goods and/or Services including time spent travelling (other than to and from the Supplier's offices, or to and from the Sites) but excluding lunch breaks;
