Support Hours definition

Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.
Support Hours means Telarus will provide effort between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm, Melbourne local time, Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays.

More Definitions of Support Hours

Support Hours has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.b of the SLA.
