The Student and Host Family will each accept full risk and responsibility for any injury and damage that may occur arising from their respective participation in the homestay program.
If eating out as a family, the Host Family is responsible for paying for the student’s meal.
The Host Family agrees to provide guidance and supervision to the student that is careful, prudent and consistent with the student’s age recognizing that the Host Family is neither the custodians nor legal guardians for any Student.
For all students except those on a “homestay without meals” arrangement, the Host Family will provide a variety of nutritional, well-balanced food, which is accessible in their home so the Student can prepare breakfast and lunch for themselves.
