Fee Schedule definition

Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

Fee Schedule means the schedule of fees published by MaplesFS and in effect from time to time for the provision of registered office facilities and related services which may be varied in accordance with the Variation provision of these Terms. The current Fee Schedule is available on request at any time;

More Definitions of Fee Schedule

Fee Schedule means the listing of fees or charges for services provided under this Agreement. This Fee Schedule may be modified from time to time in writing by the mutual agreement of the parties. The Fee Schedule is contained in Appendix A and is a part of this Agreement.

Fee Schedule means a proprietary schedule of Provider fees compiled by BCBSAZ or BCBSAZ’s contracted vendors. If the Allowed Amount is based on a Fee Schedule, a change to the Fee Schedule may result in higher Member Cost Share.
