Service Level Agreements definition

Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;
Service Level Agreements. The standards to which the Systems shall perform and which Services and Deliverables will meet as described in Exhibit C.
Service Level Agreements means the service levels to be maintained by Contractor throughout the Term as more fully described in a Services Order or Services Order Attachment.

More Definitions of Service Level Agreements
