Services Fee definition

Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

Services Fee is defined in Section 2.3(a).

Services Fee means the fee(s) payable to the Provider by the Commissioner under the Agreement for the full and proper performance by the Provider of the Services, as set out in Schedule 2.

• This aggregate Administrative Services Fee will then be allocated pro rata across the Fund and the Aetos Funds based on net assets.

• If Contractor fails to meet this requirement, Contractor shall credit the City 5% of the Services Fee owing to Contractor that month for each 30 consecutive minutes, or fraction thereof, of downtime.
