Fee payable. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, the Current Issuer shall pay to the Current Issuer Cash Manager for the provision of the Current Issuer Cash Management Services hereunder a cash management fee which shall be agreed in writing between the Current Issuer, the Note Trustee and the Current Issuer Cash Manager from time to time.
Fee payable. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, Funding and the Mortgages Trustee, proportionately in accordance with and subject to the applicable Funding Priority of Payments set out in the Funding Deed of Charge and the applicable Priority of Payments for the Mortgages Trustee under the Mortgages Trust Deed, as the case may be, shall pay to the Cash Manager for its Cash Management Services hereunder an annual cash management fee of (GBP)100,000 for its services which will be paid quarterly.
Fee payable a) If you are a Self-Funded Resident, then Schedule 1 will apply and you will be required to pay the Total Fee set out in Schedule 1. Other terms relevant to the payment of the Total Fee are also set out in this Schedule 1 and you should read them carefully.

For greater certainty, so long as the Bank is the Cash Manager, the cash management fee payable to the Bank by the Guarantor LP for the Cash Management Services hereunder shall be nil.
