Fee payable. The Seventh Issuer shall pay to the Seventh Issuer Cash Manager for the Seventh Issuer Cash Management Services a cash management fee (which shall be inclusive of VAT) which shall be agreed in writing between the Seventh Issuer, the Security Trustee and the Seventh Issuer Cash Manager from time to time.
