Common use of Fee payable Clause in Contracts

Fee payable. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, the Guarantor LP shall pay to the Cash Manager for its Cash Management Services hereunder a cash management fee which shall be agreed in writing between the Guarantor LP, the Bond Trustee and the Cash Manager from time to time. For greater certainty, so long as the Bank is the Cash Manager, the cash management fee payable to the Bank by the Guarantor LP for the Cash Management Services hereunder shall be nil.
