Examples of Consolidated Funded Debt in a sentence
Neither the Borrower nor any Restricted Subsidiary shall at any time, directly or indirectly, incur, create, assume, guarantee or become liable in any manner with respect to any Funded Debt unless, immediately after giving effect to such incurrence: (i) the ratio of Consolidated Funded Debt (determined immediately after giving effect to such incurrence) to EBITDA (for the four (4) most recent full fiscal quarters) shall be equal to or less than 3.50 to 1.00; and (ii) no Event of Default shall exist.
The Credit Agreement contains two key financial covenants; namely, borrowers are required to maintain a Consolidated Funded Debt Ratio of no more than 3.25-to-1 and a Consolidated Fixed Charge Covenant Ratio of at least 1.25-to-1.
