Consolidated Equity definition

Consolidated Equity means and refers to, as of the end of any period of determination, the sum, without duplication, of (i) Consolidated Tangible Net Worth of HDFS, (ii) preferred stock and (iii) Subordinated Indebtedness.
Consolidated Equity is defined in Section 6.3(A) hereof.
Consolidated Equity of any Person means (a) the Consolidated Tangible Assets of such Person, less (b) the amount of any Debt of such Person incurred pursuant to a Floor Plan Facility.

Consolidated Equity means, on the basis of the consolidated financial statements of the Issuer, "equity" (capitaux propres) plus "minority interests" (intérêts minoritaires) as shown in the consolidated financial statements of the Issuer, established pursuant to the international standards IFRS.
