Other Support. If the University and Donor mutually agree, the Donor may also contribute in- kind services to the University to help promote the work of the University, the Center, or the University faculty, �tudents, and staff.
Other Support. Nothing in this Article shall be construed as limiting the provision of support to beginning teachers by the Board.
Other Support. Periodically during the Term, Buyer and Seller will negotiate to determine the level of Seller’s support required to successfully implement Product launches and other promotional initiatives as mutually agreed upon by the Parties to support the sale of the Products. Such support will be determined on a case by case basis in view of competitive conditions in the marketplace and will be documented through a promotional agreement, consistent with past practices and conditioned on the further support of Seller’s Vendors.
Other Support. You will be provided with an office and computer support when in Dearborn, Michigan, and will be provided travel support by the Executive Travel Office in making aircraft travel arrangements in connection with work performed under this Agreement. You will be provided certain computer and related equipment as described in the attachment, to perform work under this Agreement and maintained by the Company. (Attachment)
Other Support. BMS shall provide a website whereby store personnel can review the details relative to the status of claims submitted and received by BMS, view and print forms and training and procedure materials. Additionally, BMS shall provide an email address for store personnel support issues. BMS will staff its operation in a manner which will provide for an average three (3) day turn-around for submitted claim requests. If permission is granted by RAC, BMS will request information needed that is not included with submitted claims via RAC’s internal email system. BMS will follow-up additional information requests in ten (10) day intervals three (3) times. If following the third request, the information is not received by BMS from the requested store, the request will be forwarded to RAC corporate.
Other Support. Describe current and pending grants or contracts from which each of the investigators proposed for this project are now drawing or anticipate drawing support. Identify project by title, agency, or organization supporting such work, the total level of financial support given for the project, the percentage of time (or calendar months) spent on each project, and the (projected) start and end dates. Briefly describe the contents of each. If any of these overlap, duplicate, or are being replaced or supplemented by the present application, justify and delineate the nature and extent of the scientific and budgetary overlaps or boundaries. Other Support. Services that go beyond routine Support may be provided under the terms of a professional services agreement upon agreement of the parties.
Other Support. Except as provided in this Section 2, no software maintenance, support or other services are provided under this Agreement. If Customer requests and QUALCOMM elects to make corrections for difficulties or defects traceable to Customer's errors or those of a third party, or to provide support for system changes, upgrades, modifications, merges or improvements, interfaces, operating systems, hardware configuration, data management, or other system administration issues, Customer shall pay for QUALCOMM's services on a time and materials basis at QUALCOMM's then current rates plus reimbursement for travel and per diem expenses.
Other Support. Except as provided in this Section 3, no other messaging or position location reporting services or support are provided under this Agreement. If Customer requests and QUALCOMM elects to provide other messaging or position location reporting research or other support services, Customer shall pay for QUALCOMM's services on a time and materials basis at QUALCOMM's then current rates, plus reimbursement for travel and per diem expenses, if applicable.
Other Support. No MyImagine Care Service Agreement provides troubleshooting, software consulting or technical support coverage beyond that which is described in this Section 10. If Seller does provide any such other Services, Seller’s then-prevailing rates will apply.
