Company Warrant Shares definition

Company Warrant Shares means the Company Shares issuable upon exercise of the Company Warrants.
Company Warrant Shares means the total number of shares of Company Capital Stock issuable in connection with all Company Warrants outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
