Co-Issuers definition

Co-Issuers. The Issuer and the Co-Issuer.

Co-Issuers shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Co-Issuers means the Issuer and the Co-Issuer, collectively. "Collateral" means the Trust Estate.

• The Co-Issuers will require each Paying Agent other than the Trustee to agree in writing that the Paying Agent will hold in trust for the benefit of Holders or the Trustee all money held by the Paying Agent for the payment of principal of, premium on, if any, or interest, if any, on, the Notes, and will notify the Trustee in writing of any default by the Co-Issuers in making any such payment.

• The Co-Issuers will furnish to any Holder upon written request and without charge a copy of the Indenture.

Co-Issuers means the Persons named as the “Co-Issuers” in the preamble to this Indenture, until a Successor Co-Issuer or Co-Issuers shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter, “Co-Issuers” shall mean such Successor Co-Issuer(s).
