Examples of Co-Issuers in a sentence
The Co-Issuers will require each Paying Agent other than the Trustee to agree in writing that the Paying Agent will hold in trust for the benefit of Holders or the Trustee all money held by the Paying Agent for the payment of principal of, premium on, if any, or interest, if any, on, the Notes, and will notify the Trustee in writing of any default by the Co-Issuers in making any such payment.
The Co-Issuers will furnish to any Holder upon written request and without charge a copy of the Indenture.
The Co-Issuers issued the Notes under an Indenture, dated as of May 2, 2024 (the “Indenture”) among the Co-Issuers, the Guarantors and the Trustee.
The following TIA term used in this Indenture has the following meaning: “obligor” on the Notes and the Guarantees means the Co-Issuers and the Guarantors, respectively, and any successor obligor upon the Notes and the Guarantees, respectively.
The Co-Issuers will pay interest on the Notes, if any, to the Persons who are registered Holders of Notes at the close of business on the April 15 or October 15 immediately preceding the Interest Payment Date, even if such Notes are canceled after such record date and on or before such Interest Payment Date.
