Co-Issuer definition

Co-Issuer has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto.
Co-Issuer means the Person named as the “Co-Issuer” in the first paragraph of this Indenture, until a successor Person shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Co-Issuer” shall mean such successor Person.
Co-Issuer shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble and shall also include the Co-Issuer’s successors.

  • The Company, the Co-Issuer and the Guarantors, jointly and severally, shall reimburse the Trustee promptly upon request for all reasonable disbursements, advances and expenses incurred or made by it in addition to the compensation for its services.

  • The Co-Issuer (and any of its successors or assigns that is a co-issuer of the Notes) may not hold any assets, become liable for any obligations or engage in any business activities; provided, that it may be a co-obligor or guarantor with respect to the Notes, the Existing Notes or any other Indebtedness issued by the Company, and may engage in any activities related thereto or necessary in connection therewith.
