Parent Guarantor definition

Parent Guarantor has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

Parent Guarantor means that successor Person until released pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture.

• All agreements of the Issuer, the Parent Guarantor and each Subsidiary Guarantor in this Indenture and the Securities shall bind its successors.

Parent Guarantor is defined in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
