Client Party definition

Client Party means any of SHL's agents, suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors of any tier, any SHL Affiliate, any owner or landlord of Premises, and in relation to each of the above its or their directors, officers and employees, and residents at any Premises, but excluding the Supplier and any Supplier Party and "Client Parties" shall be construed accordingly;

  • It is acknowledged that such allocation will be entirely a matter for the Client Parties, provided always that if (for whatever reason) no such allocation is agreed, no Client Party shall dispute the validity, enforceability or operation of the limit of liability on the ground that no such allocation was agreed.

  • Neither Armstrong Watson nor the Client Party shall unreasonably resist the joinder to the proceedings or the calling as a witness in the proceedings of any Responsible Person.

  • For the avoidance of doubt where there is more than one Client Party, Armstrong Watson's aggregate liability to all Client parties shall not exceed the limit applicable pursuant to clause 17.5 above.

  • Client Party Agent means a Person authorised to act on behalf of a Client Party.
