Contracting Party definition

Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
Contracting Party means a state or Regional Economic Integration Organization which has consented to be bound by this Treaty and for which the Treaty is in force.
Contracting Party means any country party to the Agreement or any State or intergovernmental organization party to the Protocol;

Examples of Contracting Party in a sentence

  • Should the means of transport of one Contracting Party including persons and goods be involved in traffic accidents in the territory of another Contracting Party, the latter shall provide all possible assistance to the means of transport, including persons and goods, and notify the appropriate authorities of the Contracting Party concerned as soon as possible.

  • Each Contracting Party shall allow the use of means of transport registered in other Contracting Parties to provide transit transport services on its territory in accordance with Article 5 of this Agreement.

  • Transit transport of dangerous goods to be specified in Protocol 9 shall not be permitted under this Agreement, unless there is a special permit of the Contracting Party in whose territory the transportation is undertaken.
