Should the means of transport of one Contracting Party including persons and goods be involved in traffic accidents in the territory of another Contracting Party, the latter shall provide all possible assistance to the means of transport, including persons and goods, and notify the appropriate authorities of the Contracting Party concerned as soon as possible.
Each Contracting Party shall allow the use of means of transport registered in other Contracting Parties to provide transit transport services on its territory in accordance with Article 5 of this Agreement.
Transit transport of dangerous goods to be specified in Protocol 9 shall not be permitted under this Agreement, unless there is a special permit of the Contracting Party in whose territory the transportation is undertaken.
The designated airline(s) of each Contracting Party shall also be entitled to operate up to 7 frequencies for 5th freedom traffic rights on the specified routes with a restriction of 20% of the seats capacity per flight in each direction for passenger services.
Both delegations agreed that the designated airline of either Contracting Party may enter into marketing arrangements such as blocked space, code-sharing or other commercial arrangements, with an airline or airlines of either Contracting Party, provided that the airline has the appropriate route, traffic and code share rights.
