The Client definition

The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

The Client s Representative’ means any entity appointed by the Client to act on the Client’s behalf with regard to procurement and/or management of this Contract.

• Such right of a general lien may be extended and enforced to cover any legally binding claims, either present or future, related to the Client, emanating from applicable law, compliance rules/card schemes/acquiring banks/payment processing services providers/ payment services operators’ requirements, as well as if it is required by the relevant authorities.

More Definitions of The Client

The Client means the person whose name and address is specified on the front of the Order.
