Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

• As more specifically described in Paragraph 7.7 below, a Change Order Request (“COR”) is a written document originated by the Design-Build Entity, supported by backup documentation which describes an instruction issued by the Owner after the effective date of the Contract, which the Design-Build Entity believes to be a Scope Change that may result in changes to the Contract Sum or Contract Time or, which describes the need for or desirability of a change in the Work proposed by the Design-Build Entity.

• Overhead, including direct and indirect costs, shall be submitted with the Change Order Request and shall be fully inclusive of: home office overhead, off-site supervision, Change Order preparation/negotiation/research, time delays, project interference and disruption, additional guaranty and warranty durations, on- Site supervision, additional temporary protection, additional temporary utilities, additional material handling costs, and additional safety equipment costs.

Change Order Request means a written document initiating a change in the Work.
